Yes, you should drink some water and be relaxed. Hydration is important because it helps me to communicate with your subconscious.
What information do you need from me?
For most people, I will only need their name and date of birth. You are welcome to share more information if you want. All information will remain confidential.
Can you read minds?
No, I do NOT read minds nor do I want to.
How many sessions does it take to resolve an issue?
It depends on the person and the issue. It may take one session or many sessions to help relieve an issue. Each case is unique and is handled as such.
What is PocketSuite and how do I use it?
PocketSuite is a third party that makes it possible for Creekside Vitality™ to provide their services to you. PocketSuite is the outlet that Creekside Vitality™ uses for booking appointment, payments, and conferencing. To learn more about PocketSuite, what it does and provides, click here or any of the “PocketSuite” references on the website.
As a client you will be able to use PocketSuite to book and pay for your appointments through Creekside Vitality™, join your appointment conferences, sign any forms, and contact your practitioner. Once you are a returning client, you will have the option the use the PocketSuite app instead of the website for your appointment needs. To take advantage of this opportunity and use the app, please contact us and we will send you the clients link which will grant you accessibility to the app.
I am a first time client. How do I book an appointment?
Setting up a first time appointment is easy and is setup through the website. There are a few basic steps:
- Select the service that you desire on the “Plans” page. Example: Emotion Code®.
- Click “Book Now” on Initial Appointment.
- This will take you to a page in PocketSuite and you will want to click the “Select” button.
- Then click “Next” to proceed to pick a date for your appointment.
- Select your desired date for your appointment. To do this click on an available date. To change months, click the “>” button.
- After you click a date, schedule the time. The available times will be listed after a date is selected and all times are in Central Time Zone. When your time is selected, click “Next.”
- To check out, you will need to sign in to PocketSuite. This step will require you to enter your phone number or email. Then PocketSuite will send you a “sign in code” to enter to complete the sign in process. If you are already signed in, select “Book Now”
- After entering the “sign in code”, you may need to create an account or, if you are part of the PocketSuite system already, then you will be ready for check out. Enter all the necessary address information for billing and any information that you want your practitioner to be aware of and click “Next.”
- Choose your payment method.
- Enter all payment information. Click “Next” and you will receive a text or email from PocketSuite notifying you that your appointment request was sent.
- Next you will need to sign our consent form. After reading and signing, click “Next”
- Your Appointment is scheduled! You can add it to you calendar and we will see you soon!
- After your request is sent, please allow 24 – 48 hours, on business days, for the request to process and the practitioner to accept the appointment request. The payment will not be processed until the time of appointment.
I am a returning client. How do I book an appointment?
If you are a returning client, then the easiest method is through the PocketSuite app. To get set up in the app as a client please contact us and we will send you a client link. The second method is through the website. To do this, follow the instructions provided in the “First time Client” section above.
How do I book a consultation?
A free consultation is offered for the purpose of answering questions that you may have regarding a plan, service, appointment, or a session. To book a consultation follow these simple steps:
- Go to any of our “Plans” pages
- Click “Book now” on the optional Consultation link.
- This will take you to a page in PocketSuite and you will want to click the “Select” button.
- Then click “Next” to proceed to pick a date for your appointment.
- Select your desired date for your appointment. To do this click on an available date. To change months, click the “>” button.
- After you click a date, schedule the time. The available times will be listed after a date is selected and all times are in Central Time Zone. When your time is selected, click “Next.”
- To check out, even though it is free, you will need to sign in to PocketSuite. This step will require you to enter your phone number or email. Then PocketSuite will send you a “sign in code” to enter to complete the sign in process. If you are already signed in, select “Book Now”.

- Your Consultation is scheduled! You can add it to you calendar and we will talk you soon!
- After your request is sent, please allow 24 – 48 hours, on business days, for the request to process and the practitioner to accept the consultation request.
How do I book a prepaid appointment?
Once you have the client link for the PocketSuite app, then the easiest method to book a prepaid appointment, is through the app. To the left is a video explaining the steps on how to book through the PocketSuite app for prepaid appointments.
- Once you open the PocketSuite app, under the Pro, “Cory Martin” click “Book.”
- Then pick the service that you desire (e.g. “Emotion Code”).
- Next click on your desired package. If you have not purchased a plan before then you will have to option to choose how many you want to pay for. If you have previously paid for a plan then click the “Prepaid package.” If your are a first time client, please remember to Book your initial appointment first.
- From there you will be able you will be able to pick pick your desired date and time for your appointment.
- Click the “next” button on the top of your screen, add any details, if desired, click “next” again.
- Finally click the “Send” button to request an appointment.
- After your request is sent, please allow 24 – 48 hours, on business days, for the request to process and the practitioner to accept the appointment request.
