All Staff Practitioner sessions are paid at the time of booking an appointment.
No refunds will be issued for sessions purchased.
You must notify the staff practitioner of the need to reschedule at least 24 hours before appointment or it will be considered a no show.
If you miss your appointed session, a no show, your appointment is forfeited and there is no refund.
All appointments are based on the availability of the staff practitioner.
Sessions purchased will be valid for one year after the date of purchase. All stale sessions over one year will expire.
